Men with ADHD: Step-by-Step Strategies to Master Focus, Boost Productivity, and Attain Relationship Success — finding faith, focus, and calm in the everyday moments.

There are moments when I look at my adult son — intelligent, creative, endlessly curious — and I see the whirlwind of thoughts racing behind his eyes. His mind rarely sits still. What looks like distraction is often deep concentration on something no one else noticed.

That’s the paradox of ADHD — it shows up differently in everyone.
Some hyperfocus on one idea for hours. Others bounce between passions like radio stations. For some, emotions run deep; for others, words arrive faster than thought.

It’s easy for the world to label that “chaotic.”
But I’ve learned it’s something more sacred: a reminder that God’s designs are never one-size-fits-all.

“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
Psalm 139:14

ADHD doesn’t define who a person is — it reveals how beautifully complex God’s creation can be. When we stop trying to fix every difference and start trying to understand it, grace enters the story.

That’s what inspired Men with ADHD: Step-by-Step Strategies to Master Focus, Boost Productivity, and Attain Relationship Success.
It’s not just about managing symptoms — it’s about seeing strength through a spiritual lens.

And this vision is growing. I’m currently writing a new Encourage.Meant devotional for ADHD dads, expanding on the truths in this book — one short, faith-filled message at a time. It’s for the men (and the families who love them) who need both focus and grace in the same breath.

✍️ Reflection Questions

Every chapter in Men with ADHD ends with five reflection questions — simple, grounding prompts to help readers pause and apply what they’ve learned.

The questions from Chapter 1: The Many Faces of ADHD invite men to explore how their minds work, how they experience focus, and how they can honor God through their unique wiring.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, those questions offer a place to slow down and reconnect with how God sees you — not how the world labels you.
